Joint interview with Marine Bibal & Renaud Pacull

In 2025, EasyPicky reached a major strategic milestone. What began as a shelf audit solution has evolved into a global, intelligent, and collaborative Retail Execution platform, now deployed internationally. We sat down with EasyPicky’s founders, Marine Bibal and Renaud Pacull, to reflect on this pivotal year and share their ambitions for 2026.

2025: A year of maturity and international scalability

“What had already been part of our DNA truly became our day-to-day reality in 2025,” explains Marine Bibal. EasyPicky now supports multinational clients across Europe, from France to Spain, Belgium, the UK, and Germany, while adapting seamlessly to local market specificities.

One indicator clearly illustrates this success: zero churn.

“We have never lost a single client. Our customers grow with us, and EasyPicky expands within their organizations. That level of trust is incredibly strong,” Marine adds.

A 360° retail execution solution for the entire ecosystem

For Renaud Pacull, 2025 also marked a deep transformation of the product itself.
“EasyPicky is no longer just about collecting data. It’s about empowering everyone involved in retail execution.”

Today, the platform supports:

  • Field sales teams with prioritized tasks and smart recommendations
  • Crowdsourcing contributors for exhaustive, 99% accurate data collection
  • Headquarters and management teams with real-time, granular visibility

The objective is clear: turn data into immediate action, without waiting for delayed reports.

Data that drives action in real time

EasyPicky consolidates data instantly, even offline, and integrates seamlessly with CRM and SFA tools. “Data becomes directly actionable and actively supports Perfect Store Execution,” explains Renaud.

By doing so, EasyPicky breaks down silos and creates a connected ecosystem where insights flow smoothly from store to headquarters.

2026 ambitions: accelerate, automate, anticipate

After a year of maturity, EasyPicky is entering a new phase of acceleration.
“In 2026, we will go further with predictive AI, increased automation of field actions, and the integration of new data sources to enrich our insights,” says Renaud.

Marine concludes: “Our ambition for 2026 is audacity, powered by a solution that is more robust, more scalable, and more human than ever.”

2025 laid the foundations.
2026 will be the year of acceleration for EasyPicky.
