Pascale, could you introduce yourself briefly?

I am Chief Product Officer in charge of the Nomad and Merch solutions at ChapsVision. I lead the product strategy and the development of this product line, closely aligned with market expectations. I have been working in this sector for over 20 years. My career path has taken me from consulting and managing business tools in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry to a natural focus on Product Management, where I leverage my field knowledge to deliver concrete, high-value solutions.

Could you explain to us what ChapsVision is today?

Founded in 2019, ChapsVision is a fast-growing French company specializing in leveraging data enriched by artificial intelligence. Our mission is to support businesses and government organizations in their digital transformation by enabling them to create value through a software suite built around an operating system for massive and heterogeneous data. All of this within a sovereign framework, where data remains under the control and full ownership of its holders.

What are the unique features of ChapsVision?

ChapsVision stands out thanks to a strategy combining strong investments in R\&D focused on sovereign, large-scale data processing enriched by AI, along with a targeted acquisition policy to strengthen its technological expertise. This dynamic has enabled the company to quickly build a coherent group capable of meeting complex needs in strategic markets. Today, ChapsVision has nearly 1,000 employees, 1,000 major clients, and achieved a revenue of over €200 million in 2024.

What is Nomad by ChapsVision?

Nomad by ChapsVision is a sales force CRM solution, specialized and tailored to the business needs of companies in the consumer goods and health & beauty sectors. It supports our clients in the implementation and management of their sales and merchandising strategies. We work with major brands such as Aoste, Unilever, Havea, Lactalis, Puressentiel, and Clarins.

The name “Nomad” evokes mobility: what customer challenge does this solution aim to solve, and with what approach?

We help sales teams improve their commercial performance and enhance the visibility of their brands. Our solution targets sales forces that are mobile and constantly on the move. We ensure they have reliable operational execution, regardless of their network connection.

What sets you apart?

We offer a comprehensive platform dedicated to commercial excellence that covers the entire customer relationship: from customer and consumer service to operational execution at the point of sale, including team territory management, shopper satisfaction through merchandising, and brand management. It is a verticalized and scalable solution that supports our clients according to their evolving business needs and challenges.

What role does AI play in the design and evolution of your products?

Artificial intelligence is naturally an integral part of our product strategy, especially since ChapsVision is a key player in data and AI. We already incorporate AI components into our solutions, and their development is fully embedded in our product roadmap. AI allows us to optimize field performance, facilitate decision-making, and enhance the user experience. It is a powerful lever that we use pragmatically, always aligned with our clients’ business challenges.

What do you think are the key ingredients for a successful technological partnership?

A good understanding of needs, alignment of objectives, and complementarity of offerings. It is essential to identify the specific needs of each party, share a common vision and goals to ensure effective collaboration, all with the aim of delivering added value to our users.

Today, several clients such as Unilever and Havea are already using our combined solutions, and new deployments are underway with other major players.
