EasyPicky is a start-up specialized in AI. 
We developed a revolutionary recognition video technology that allows users to identify any object in augmented reality using a smartphone. 
Our customers - mass-market brands - have to quickly film their shelves in the store to get all information about their products, visibility, and availability immediately (even without an internet connection). The data is compiled and processed instantly, allowing Sales Representatives to save time, complete their shelf inventories in only 2 minutes, and make decisions on the spot. 

About You 
 
We're looking for a tech-savvy Solution Architect to assist with the selling of an exciting and transformational SaaS-based AI Image recognition solution. Our ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of workflows and processes and the ability to communicate the differentiated value of our platform. In the SA role, you will work in our Operations team, and closely with our Account Executives providing your technical expertise as required to fit the clients' needs. 

About The Role 
 

To be successful as a Solution Architect, you'll develop in-depth knowledge of our company's technical products and services. You should be able to relate this knowledge in a way understandable to non-technical customers. You'll be well suited to this role if you're driven to achieve company sales goals and can demonstrate excellent customer service skills. 

 
What Will You Do 

  • Learn our product like nobody else knows it in the company and support our Product team with great insights and feedback. 

  • Discuss and invoke conversation around needs and pains in the CPG space with customer 

  • Scope technical integrations between EasyPicky and the system in use in the customer organization. 

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support before and during calls. 

  • Responsible for writing SOWs (Statement of Works) with the assistance of various stakeholders and within the process. 

  • Listen to potential customers' technical requirements and needs and relay this feedback/information to the product for development. 

  • Assist in training members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services 

Requirements 
 
We want to hear from you if you have: 

  • 4+ years of strong pre-sales / solution consulting / sales engineering experience within a B2B technology SaaS environment 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills 

  • Has the ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers 

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills 

  • A passion for winning, with a team player mentality 

  • Resourceful and motivated to succeed 

  • Fluent English and fluent French
