EasyPicky is a start-up specialized in AI.  
We developed a revolutionary recognition video technology that allows users to identify any object in augmented reality using a smartphone.  
Our customers - mass-market brands - have to quickly film their shelves in the store to get all information about their products, visibility, and availability immediately (even without an internet connection). The data is compiled and processed instantly, allowing Sales Representatives to save time, complete their shelf inventories in only 2 minutes, and make decisions on the spot.  

About the role  

In the context of active deployment of our solution both on French and international markets, we are looking for our Customer Support Specialist whose role will be to work on providing good customer experience to our clients once the solution is implemented.  

You are a real expert with an in-depth understanding of our product who will do your best to maximize our customer satisfaction.  

Your key missions: 

  • As a frontline of contact, you will receive and analyze technical issues and problems encountered by our customers while using the product. 

  • Provide 1st level technical support to our users via different channels. 

  • Escalate complex issues to our Tech team for resolution when required. 

  • Create and manage our ticketing system to ensure an effective follow-up. 

  • Prepare and update the FAQ documentation for recurrent problems. 

  • Characterize the problems of the users for our Product team. 

  • Own each customer case from initial creation to resolution. 

  • Enrich your knowledge of our product daily. 

You will succeed in this position if YOU: 

  • have technical background allowing you to assess a problem and provide relevant help. 

  • possess at least 3 years’ experience in customer support. 

  • experience working with a support ticketing management system. 

  • have strong willingness to help others with resolving problems. 

  • have excellent written/oral communication skills. 

  • are fluent in French and English. 

  • desire to work in a quickly developing high-tech French start-up. 

  • look for a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
